Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Daniella Draper presentation box and include the completed return form inside the shipping parcel.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange piece within 7-10 business days.
